Terms & Conditions:

When renting goods & services from Damn Good Shindig, whether payment be partial or in full, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
I understand that each shindig table has handcrafted and upcycled elements, and décor items may vary slightly from photos and/or from table to table.
I understand that I need to provide my own 6’ tables unless I’ve selected the option to rent.
I understand that there is a travel fee of $1/mile round trip, that will be billed separately for locations more that 20 miles outside Burbank, CA.
I understand that I am responsible for all items I have rented. In the event that items go missing or become damaged while in my possession, I am responsible for the total replacement cost of those missing or damaged items.
I understand that the deposit payment is non refundable and I have up to 6 months to reschedule.
I have double checked the date in which I am booking.
I’m aware that if I book the wrong date, I can reschedule upon availability, or have up to 6 months to reschedule.

Cancellation policy:
Upon booking a party with Damn Good Shindig, you have 48 hours to cancel to receive a full refund. After 48 hours, no payments will be refunded. When booking a within 72 hours of the event date, refunds, neither full or partial, will be refund if the event is canceled by the client. There is no cancellation outside of these parameters. If you need to change your party date you can do so depending on availability up to 6 months.
